How to request deletion of your data from PulseMarketing HQ.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your business name
  • The email address on the account
  • (Optional) a reason — helps us improve, but you don't have to share one

A human confirms receipt within 2 business days. If you have an active subscription, we'll cancel it at the same time so you aren't billed again.

Processing time

Deletion is completed within 30 days of verified request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (name, email, phone, business info, signup form answers)
  • Uploaded photos and any content you sent us
  • Your brand configuration file and voice profile
  • Your Facebook page access token and Instagram Business account ID — removed from our encrypted vault
  • All content, schedules, and engagement logs generated for your brand
  • Your Square customer and subscription records on our side (Square retains their own records per their retention policy)

What we keep (and why)

Some records are kept for legal and accounting reasons:

  • Billing records and invoices — retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years in the US). This is financial documentation of transactions, not usable profile data.
  • Anonymized service logs — error traces and performance metrics stripped of personally identifying fields are kept for debugging. These cannot be used to reconstruct your account.

Revoking Facebook access separately

If you only want to revoke our permission to post — without deleting your PulseMarketing account — you can do that directly on Facebook:

  1. Go to Meta Business Settings
  2. Open Business Integrations
  3. Find PulseMarketing HQ and click Remove

If you also want your account deleted, email us at the same time.
